We Are Able to Offer a Fast & Flexible Service

Using our equipment and facilities, we are able to offer a fast and flexible service from initial enquiry through to delivery of the finished product. We manufacture drop forgings, press forgings, copper and titanium pressings that deliver the optimum strength-to-weight ratio, considerably reducing cycle times compared to machining from solid.

Non-ferrous forgings and pressings in aluminium, brass, copper and titanium using hydraulic and mechanical presses from 100 to 250 tonnes. Excellent for complex profiles, close tolerances and components requiring a superior surface finish.

Hot & Cold Coining

Hot and cold coining presses to achieve precise dimensional accuracy and improved surface finish on forged components — particularly important for aerospace and precision engineering applications.

Full die and tooling design and manufacture using the latest CAD/CAM technology. By producing dies in-house we maintain full control of quality and lead times, enabling rapid response from first enquiry to first sample.

Materials Range

Comprehensive range of materials forged to your specification — carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, heat-resisting steel, aluminium alloys, brass, copper and titanium. Enquiry & Quote

Submit your drawings, specifications and quantities. We'll respond with a competitive quotation and technical feedback.

Design & Tooling

Our engineers design forging dies using CAD/CAM, then produce tooling in-house via CNC — fast, controlled and accurate.

First-Off Approval

First-off samples are produced and fully inspected against specification. First article inspection reports issued as required.

04

Production & Dispatch

Volume production with in-process and final inspection. Full certification documentation issued on despatch.
