Forging
Capabilities
From initial enquiry through to delivery of the finished product — a fast, flexible and fully certified forging service under one roof in Willenhall, West Midlands.
We Are Able to Offer a Fast & Flexible Service
Using our equipment and facilities, we are able to offer a fast and flexible service from initial enquiry through to delivery of the finished product. We manufacture drop forgings, press forgings, copper and titanium pressings that deliver the optimum strength-to-weight ratio, considerably reducing cycle times compared to machining from solid.

Drop Forging
Steel forgings produced on our range of drop hammers ranging from 8cwt to 20cwt. Ideal for high-strength structural components requiring the superior grain structure only achievable through drop forging.
Press Forging & Pressings
Non-ferrous forgings and pressings in aluminium, brass, copper and titanium using hydraulic and mechanical presses from 100 to 250 tonnes. Excellent for complex profiles, close tolerances and components requiring a superior surface finish.
Hot & Cold Coining
Hot and cold coining presses to achieve precise dimensional accuracy and improved surface finish on forged components — particularly important for aerospace and precision engineering applications.
In-House Die & Tool Production
Full die and tooling design and manufacture using the latest CAD/CAM technology. By producing dies in-house we maintain full control of quality and lead times, enabling rapid response from first enquiry to first sample.
3D Printing
3D printing capabilities support rapid prototyping of die concepts and tooling components, allowing customers to validate designs and geometries before committing to full production tooling.
Heat Treatment
Full heat treatment services to achieve precise mechanical properties. Normalising, annealing, quench and temper and solution treatment to customer-specified requirements and material standards.
Surface Finishing
Shot blasting and surface finishing to achieve the required surface condition. Essential for both aesthetic requirements and as a preparation for subsequent coating, plating or non-destructive testing.
Inspection & Testing
Dimensional inspection, visual inspection and material traceability to AS9100 and ISO 9001:2015. Full certification data packages available to support aerospace and other regulated industries.
Materials Range
Comprehensive range of materials forged to your specification — carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, heat-resisting steel, aluminium alloys, brass, copper and titanium. Copper forgings include specialist applications such as overhead power line connectors. Material certificates supplied as standard.
CNC Machining
In-house CNC machining across three areas of application: precision machining of forging dies and tooling to exact geometry; machining of jigs and fixtures to support production; and post-forge CNC machining of forged components to achieve tight tolerances, critical features and finished dimensions ready for assembly or inspection.
From Enquiry to Delivery
Every order follows the same rigorous process — ensuring consistent quality and on-time delivery, whether it's a prototype run or full production volume.
Enquiry & Quote
Submit your drawings, specifications and quantities. We'll respond with a competitive quotation and technical feedback.
Design & Tooling
Our engineers design forging dies using CAD/CAM, then produce tooling in-house via CNC — fast, controlled and accurate.
First-Off Approval
First-off samples are produced and fully inspected against specification. First article inspection reports issued as required.
Production & Dispatch
Volume production with in-process and final inspection. Full certification documentation issued on despatch.
